VERY DECEPTIVE - NO BOX SPRING INCLUDED, March 19, 2012 By Sal "sandalot" (San Francisco) - See all my reviews This review is from: Simmons Beautyrest Classic Howes Plush Pillow Top Queen Mattress (Misc.) I bought this so called "mattress and box spring set" using the Amazon search function, where it listed all "Mattress and Box Spring Sets" and this was one of them. The picture clearly shows a box spring, and so I ordered it, and to my surprise, it was only a mattress. Amazon tried to tell me it was my mistake, that the description clearly does not include a box spring, and I told them this is completely deceptive. Apparently they don't even sell box springs! They are working to fix this deceptive search and description, but for now, if you think you are getting a mattress set, think again. I can't say much for the mattress since we haven't used it but the price isn't much of a deal at all if you have to add on at least another $200 for a box spring.
