Terrible back pain from lousy pillowtop, January 22, 2012 By Emmy's mom (Illinois) - See all my reviews This review is from: Simmons Beautyrest World Class Black River Bay Plush Super Pillow Top Mattress, Queen (Kitchen) I bought this mattress 3 years ago for over $2K and I'm just about ready to trash it. The pillow top has sagged so badly that it feels like I'm sleeping in a hammock or bowl. My torso and midsection sink into it so badly that I can't even use a pillow anymore - it would only push my neck forward at an even more uncomfortable angle. It pushes my shoulders forward so much when I sleep on my back that it makes my arms fall asleep; I wake up in pain because the circulation has been cut off in my arms and hands. My extra deep sheets are always coming off of this bed because it's just too tall. Don't let the comfort you feel in the showroom fool you! STAY AWAY!
